Ras el Hanout

Ras el hanout is one of the popular spices in North African countries. The name “Ras el-Khanut” in Arabic means “owner of the shop.” The name appeared not by chance: each owner of a shop selling spices selects the ingredients for this blend at his own discretion. This blend is traditionally considered very complex and multicomponent and is used for culinary purposes to flavor meat dishes, stews, soups and fish. A small amount of this seasoning will allow you to enjoy an amazing taste and a very appetizing aroma of your dish.
