Garam Masala

Garam Masala is added to many Indian dishes. It has a sweet-spicy taste and a pleasant nutty aroma. Indians associate the taste of this spice with homemade food: they add it to curries, khichri, rice dishes, vegetable soups, dishes with legumes (peas, beans, lentils), various salads and sauces. The seasoning is added at the end of cooking or to the finished dish. Garam masala is widely used all over the world: the blend is suitable for fish and meat dishes, it will be an excellent addition to cheese and fruit salads.
