Adwiya (Advieh or Advieh) is an excellent seasoning from Iranian cuisine for adding exquisite flavor to couscous, pilaf and other rice dishes. Most often, this blend is added just before serving, and not during cooking. It is also used as a seasoning for other Persian dishes such as dishes of lentils, stews or fish, as well as soups. There are various uses for Adwiya, for example, you can use it in lamb dishes to reduce the fat content, or just sprinkle it on rice.
