Herbes De Provence

The name of the blend “Herbs of Provence” comes from the name of the French region of Provence. But today it is widely used all over the world, not only in France. The blend “Herbs de Provence” is a versatile seasoning that adds a unique flavor of sunshine to almost any dish. But they are especially suitable for dishes with fatty meat, and also give a special taste and aroma to insipid dietary dishes cooked without salt. This blend of herbs has been widely use of in the preparation of various sauces and salads, minced meat and fish.
