Pink Peppercorns

Pink Peppercorns are harvested then dried whole. Pink pepper has a slightly sweet taste with a piney note. It is not as nearly as pungent and hot as black pepper. It doesn’t have a distinctive flavor. However, if you grind it, it gets a slightly peppery sweet aroma. You might feel a subtle pepper taste. It’s often added to fish and seafood dishes. It is perfectly combined with other kinds of pepper in vegetable salads as well.
