Green pepper seeds are unripe fruits of the black pepper. After harvesting it is dried by the fire at high temperature or in a vacuum hothouse. After vacuum drying the process of fermentation stops and we get a lot of green dried seeds in the end. Interestingly, its aroma overpowers its spiciness. The green pepper gives dishes an incredible fragrance at the same time it is not as strong. Ground green pepper could be added to roast veal. As well as using it with meat, you can make vegetable salad dressings especially in a combination with pink pepper.
